I bought this property back in October 2011. It's so hard to get landed properties in KL within our budget nowadays. But still by the end of the day, we need our own house. And the price for Oleander is quite affordable la. You won't get landed for 300k anyway.
Other than price, there are also other factors that we took into consideration to make the decision.
1. Proximity to my mom's place (not more than 20 minutes travelling time)
2. Highways and alternative routes to go to KL
3. Suitable for family with 3 kids (in future insya allah)
4. Big kitchen (I love cooking so much and I need my space!)
This is the highways that link the area to KL and my mom's place. My mom's place is close to Bukit Jelutong..so it's not far away! Anak Mama..hehe..And hopefully the new NKVE proposed will be launched by the time we move.

We just received letter of vacant possession yesterday. Afterall, we plan to let go the house as we find another property that is closer to my mom's house..
