The Oleander, Bandar Seri Coalfield



I bought this property back in October 2011. It's so hard to get landed properties in KL within our budget nowadays. But still by the end of the day, we need our own house. And the price for Oleander is quite affordable la. You won't get landed for 300k anyway.

 After 7% Bumiputera and RM10,000 reduction for early bird, total price of the house is about RM425,000.00. And for that price we get a 2,423 sqft double storey house. So after several discussion with my hubby and abah (who is hnowledgable about everything on earth! Annoying rite..huh), we decided to buy the house.

 

Other than price, there are also other factors that we took into consideration to make the decision.

1. Proximity to my mom's place (not more than 20 minutes travelling time)

2. Highways and alternative routes to go to KL

3. Suitable for family with 3 kids (in future insya allah)

4. Big kitchen (I love cooking so much and I need my space!)







This is the highways that link the area to KL and my mom's place. My mom's place is close to Bukit Jelutong..so it's not far away! Anak Mama..hehe..And hopefully the new NKVE proposed will be launched by the time we move.

 According to some of the buyers, this is the progress of construction so far. KLK target to obtain CF by July 2013. But as the area is very new, we might move in by early 2014..After my next baby perhaps!Wah..
