Di kala kerja di office yang begitu hectic..aku dianugerahkan MC selama satu bulan oleh orthopedic from Ramsay Sime Darby Medical Centre.

After X-Ray kat Klinik Menara, the result is chipped bone on my 5th finger..and I was referred to Ortho specialist at SDMC.

Ingatkan nak pergi PCMC, then leh terus g office..but angan2 tinggi sangat nak pegi ofis..bejalan pun seksa..

Inilah keputusan x-ray yg telah diconteng oleh Mr Hubby..Tp bila sampai SDMC, doctor said for adult this is not chipped bone, is patah..okay..now sounds serious.

But luckily takde la nak kena operate or cement bagai. Is just treatment via buddy system. just tie-kan the next finger so that during the healing process, the bone will grow straight.

The bad news is portion yang patah tu is on my nerve. So it will be painful for the rest of my life or the doctor offered to fuse the nerve.


Now scary..just tunggu dan lihat lah whether the pain is bearable or not..poor me.

My "experience list" of selling handbags as per below pictures..It were delivered either via cargo sea freight, hand carried by my husband who traveled to Houston for Offshore Technology Conference last year and also there was a circumstances where my business partner send the handbags via airfreight (USPS) as some of my "customers" willing to pay extra charges for expediting cost. Handbags below were purchase either via online or from the factory outlet. Most of the time, there is not much difference in term of pricing except for during Black Friday or Thanksgiving and Christmas sale.

Next shipment will be arrived in June 2014. More designs to come...

Second Pregnancy

I'm writing again after my last post which was after my sister's wedding. It was like back in December 2012. It may be due to my hectic schedule for year 2013 plus my problematic pregnancy. Hahahahha..due to that, I had increase my knowledge in Biology by reading from Uncle Google.

I knew I was pregnant even without the "pee stick". Mother instinct perhaps...

Though it was the second time having something moving inside the womb, things were never be the same. Nausea and vomit were not as bad as first pregnancy. But my belly looked very weird and it made me curious. After my 16 weeks, I had my first appointment with my gynae , Dr Seri Suniza. She confirmed that I had an Anterior Placenta.

What is Anterior Placenta?

It means my baby is taking a backseat to the placenta. The term refers to the location of the placenta within uterus. 

Does the location of  placenta make any difference? Not to the baby, who doesn't care which side of the uterus he is lying on, and it certainly makes no difference to him  where the placenta lies. 

However, there were less communication between mama and abah with you inside the tummy because the placenta will serve as a cushion between baby and tummy. :(

Luckily the placenta was not lying low which can caused a condition names Placenta Previa. Placenta previa can lead to bleeding during pregnancy and there are high possibility of c-sect..

Also, a little bit history of my first pregnancy, I had a mysterious itchiness which if I highlighted to other experienced mommies, they will say that it is normal bla bla bla..But my itchy was like underneath my skin and the itchiness was very painful and unexplainable . The most itchy part was on palms and soles. Also it it will get worst at night. It happened again during my second pregnancy. The same feeling and symptoms. No rashes at all. My gynae decided to take this problem seriously this time around which she asked my to do blood test and get it tested for hepatitis B and psoriasis. After waited for few weeks, I was diagnosed with Obstetric Cholestasis.

What is Obstetric Cholestasis?
Obstetric cholestasis (OC) is an uncommon pregnancy condition that affects your liver and makes you feel itchy, sometimes intensely so.

Obstetric cholestasis is a condition of the liver which occurs in some pregnant women. Cholestasis means there is a reduced flow of bile down the bile ducts in the liver. Some bile then leaks out into the bloodstream, in particular the bile salts. These circulate in the bloodstream and can cause symptoms. Obstetric cholestasis is also called intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy by some doctors.

Obstetric cholestasis occurs in less than 1 in 100 pregnancies in the UK. It is more common in women carrying twins, triplets, or more. Mothers, daughters and sisters of affected women have a higher than average risk of also being affected when pregnant. If you have obstetric cholestasis in one pregnancy, you have a high chance that it will occur in future pregnancies.

The exact cause is not clear. Hormonal and genetic factors may be responsible:

• Hormonal factors. Pregnancy causes an increase in oestrogen and progestogen hormones. These can affect the liver in a way which slows down the rate of bile passing out along the tiny bile ducts. Some pregnant women may be more sensitive to these hormonal effects.
• Genetic factors. Obstetric cholestasis seems to run in some families (although it may skip some generations). One theory is that women who develop obstetric cholestasis may inherit a slight problem with the way bile is made and passes down the bile ducts. This does not matter when not pregnant. However, the high level of hormones made during pregnancy may tip the balance to cause a much reduced flow of bile.

There may be other environmental factors which contribute. However, whatever the underlying cause, the pregnancy triggers the problem. Within a week or so after giving birth the symptoms clear and there is no long-term problem with the liver. What are the symptoms?

Typically, symptoms occur after 24 weeks of pregnancy when the hormone levels are at their highest. Sometimes it develops earlier in pregnancy.

Itch is the most common symptom. The itch can be all over, but it is often worst on the hands and feet. Commonly, itch is the only symptom. It tends to get worse until you have the baby. The itch can become severe and affect sleep, concentration and mood. It can become distressing. The symptoms can be unpleasant for the mother - in particular the itch. But whether obstetric cholestasis causes an increased risk of harm to mother or baby is still being debated. If there is a risk, it is thought to be small, but the concerns are as follows.

For the unborn baby

Until recently it had been thought that obstetric cholestasis caused a small increased risk of stillbirth. The risk of stillbirth in a normal pregnancy is about 1 in 100. The risk if you have obstetric cholestasis was thought to be a little more than this. The evidence is still not clear and further research is being done.

There is an increased risk of your baby being born too early (prematurely). This is usually because your obstetrician may decide that your baby should be delivered early rather than waiting for you to go into labour naturally.

There is also an increased risk of your baby passing meconium (like poo) whilst they are in the womb. This can irritate the baby's lungs if breathed in during delivery.

More research is currently underway into the risks and effects of the condition and treatment. If you have obstetric cholestasis you should have a good discussion with your obstetrician and midwife about how big the risks are and how they can be prevented.

For the mother

There is possibly an increased risk of serious bleeding from the womb just after giving birth. However, again the studies are not conclusive and there may be no increased risk of this.

Not to risk my baby, Dr Seri Suniza advised me to take out the baby latest by 38 weeks. From my medical history, I delivered my first baby on week 37 via induction as there were sign of meconium inside the womb. Dr Seri confirmed that the first pregnancy also was the obstetric cholestasis effect. And as expected, on the day I was induced which on week 38, my baby already poo poo inside the womb. Thank you Doctor. It will always be a right decision from you.

Gallstone

Not to forget, on top of anterior placenta and obstetric cholestasis, I also had few medium size of gallstones inside my gallbladder.  

The function of the gallbladder is to store bile (a substance that aids in the digestion of fat), which is produced by the liver. When the bile contains too much cholesterol and not enough bile salts, or when the gallbladder doesn't empty properly, the gallbladder can form stones.

Until now, it remains there. I was hoping that it can disappear on its own :)

The Oleander, Bandar Seri Coalfield Part 2

The latest update: Somebody is going to rent our house!!! I would consider this is an achievement for me and hubby as at the age of 29, we are so called a landlord.

So the tenant already paid the 3 months rent + RM600 utility bills. They are going to move in by May 2014.

I really hope that they are going to take care of my property.

Where are you MH370

MH370 has become an interesting topic and everybody seems so expert in aviation world. Terms i.e. transponder, AWACS, Immarsat etc are like everywhere in social media, news etc. Military island i.e. Spratly Island, Perak Island, Diego Garcia become famous.

Me myself received the news of missing MH370 in the morning it went missing. I spread the news to my close family and office colleagues. It is unbelievable up until now it is no where to be found.

In year 2003,I watched a Japanese series entitle Good Luck. Story about a young lady works as an Airplane Mechanic. I am so influenced by the drama series and set my ambition to become the aviation engineer. However, maybe in Malaysia,MAS have their own academy for those interested to work in the aviation world called MIAT. So despite of few application letters sent to MAS, I'm not even called for the interview. But basically, it was all because of "Good Luck", I was so into aviation.

Back to MH370, on the day it went missing, I already talked about the high possiblity of hijacking and those conspiracy theory that went viral in social media lately. At that time, people still believe it's a crash. 

Not to repeat all the conspiracy theory, possibility of the passengers still alive with rumours that one of the passenger named  Philip Wood send an SOS message from Diego Garcia..it seems real.

With all the theories, one question that I believe nobody can give the correct answer..be it..RAMC, DCA, KPN, Dato Hishamudin and PM.. if it is true the plane is in Diego Garcia or somebody related with Diego Garcia control the plane until it is crashed in southern of Indian Ocean, what will Malaysia do? We want to declare war? We want to attack US? We will send our spy to Diego Garcia? Seems so optimistic, Malaysia being a small country with limited military weapon to go against US.

It is not like we want to raise a white flag, but we are too tiny..

Al fatihah and  condolences to the victims. Until now I still believe the pilots and crews got nothing to do with the missing flight.

Maid vs Nursery/Daycare

Lately ni issue maid ni boom jugak kan..kenapa la rakyat Malaysia ni tersangat la bergantung pada maid especially Indonesian..and when basic economic concept demand vs supply di apply maka kerajaan Indonesia ambik kesempatan la naikkan harga maid dia..mcm bisnes jual orang dah.. Nowadays agent's fee can reach RM11,000 and gaji maid can reach RM800. Belum tentu bagus pulak tu. Is not easy managing maid. Macam macam pe'el diorang ni. Mencuri, lari dari rumah, bersembang xjaga anak kat rumah, tgk tv malas buat kerja, main bomoh and to the maximum ada yang melacur buat part time or affair dgn our husband or relatives. But yang bagus pun ada. Cekap kat dapur, bersihkan rumah dgn efficient, jaga anak kita macam anak sendiri but still she is somebody else living with us inside the house with a different level of education and way of thinking. So memang agak leceh to deal with. Give and take dan berlebih kurang sangat penting kalau nak ada maid ni.

Anyway post kali ni berkenaan dengan maid vs nursery/daycare. So jobscope maid untuk cerita ni more towards menjaga anak anak di rumah while we are working. What is my concern..

Anak yang besar maybe takde problem sangat sebab boleh report kalo maid wat benda bukan2. But if anak kecik yang baru lahir or even 3 tahun tengok macam boleh bercakap tapi boleh ke report...ke kena ada cctv dalam rumah?Modal lagi. But the good thing is kalo anak kita tidur, dia boleh kemas rumah, cuci toilet, and buat preparation untuk kita masak dinner. Ada certain tu siap maid yang masakkan..mintak simpang la maid masak untuk my husband..sorry not allowed! Potong bawang cili and siang ikan ayam boleh..lebih dari tu..no no no.. Back to topic. In case kalau kita balik lewat pun.. No overtime charges.. Memang dah bayar setiap bulan 500 minimum kan..and our children is at home. So sesuka hati dia nak bangun lewat and memang puas la tidur budak2 ni. Budak pulak tak ramai. Attention provided by the maid memang to the fullest compared to nursery. Makan bersuap..nak makan selang sejam pun boleh.. Pendek kata boleh dilayan seperti raja kalau kena maid yang rajin melayan. Ni kalau bernasib baik la. what about activity yang meransang minda at home? Kita tak expect la maid mengajar english ke tambah tolak semua..nyanyi nursery rhyme belum tentu. So the best option learning through tv i.e ultraman, disney junior, astro bella and sinetron sebab bibik nak tengok. Haha. Ada banyak jugak kes budak yang tengah belajar nak bercakap sebab staying with maid memang cakap indon..is good to learn other language..tapi your child's first language, bahasa indonesia..hmm agak sedih jugak la. Ada jugak mak ayah yang ajar bibik suruh bukak channel education or bukak youtube belajar abc etc untuk anak kat rumah. That option sounds better. But tak tau la diorang ni i,ut tak..berserah and tawakkal.

OK enough about maid. What about nursery or daycare. Ada yang mati tersedak susu, taska tak ada lesen etc. Nursery or daycare zaman sekarang tersangat la banyak and terpuland pada kita sanggup bayar atau tak. Ada pasti, kemas, taska yang pelbagai nama and kalau premium sikit kat area kl/selangor ada the young ambassador, smart reader, brainy bunch, little caliph, cic and pelbagai konsep montessori yang ditawarkan sehingga ada yang mencecah ribuan ringgit sebulan. Why we have to spend so much on early education. Biarla cikgu mengajar waktu sekolah rendah macam zaman kita kecik dulu.. Itu antara opinion ibu bapa yang biasa kita dengar so they opt for maid. But zaman berubah. Zaman dulu darjah satu ada ramai budak yang tak tau baca. Zaman sekarang masuk darjah satu dah fasih speaking english, baca buku enid blyton , dah boleh tambah tolak bahagi and dah hafal sifir. And I heard from my colleagues nak masuk darjah satu sekarang kena ambik grading test. Dasyat kan? Sebab ada jurang antara budak yg memang dah lama pegi playschool and budak yang masuk tadika 6 tahun. At least bila parents send their children to daycare or playschool, they got some curriculum or aktiviti yang meransang minda. I always read the articles on children's brain development. And their brain starting from 6 months old is absorbing like a sponge. Bukan untuk dera brain budak budak, but as a parent kita lah yang mencorakkan masa depan mereka. So use the opportunity masa budak absorb dengan banyak to expose them to basic knowledge of life. Tak mustahil anak anda boleh membaca dan mengira seawal 3 tahun. Many kids prove that. So kenapa bukan anak kita..

Other than brain development, apa lagi yang nursery or daycare can provide? Anak anak lebih berdisiplin, better social skill and berdikari because the child caretaker got many children to take care of so secara tak langsung the children sangat makan ajar and tak la manja sangat. Balik rumah nak manja dengan parents terpulangla but at least half of the day, mereka berdisiplin and makan ajar. Kalau 24 jam manja letih den. Cuma yang tak tahan bila bab overtime sebab kita di KL ni memang ditakdirkan hidup dalam traffic jam and nak beli affordable house yang dekat dengan office macam takkan mampu sampai bila bila. Jadi rumah yang jauh dari KL bermaksud lama la travelling time and overtime charge maybe hari hari di impose. Tapi kita pun paham. Child caretaker pun ada rumah tangga and anak sendiri yang nak di take care of. Takleh la selfish kan. Also bab yang sakit berjangkit di nursery or daycare is normal. Kalo yang premium sikit tu maybe penyakit berjangkit agak kurang because teacher to student ratio yang rendah.

Kesimpulannya tepuk dada tanya selera. Is your own opinion your own choice and your own child. But for me kalo ada maid pun I still akan hantar my children for half day play school so that she or he can socialize and tak mental freeze kat rumah. Again..terpulang..

Unforgettable Solemnization Ever

Agak bersawang blog ini memandangkan I'm quite busy with my sister's wedding. Alhamdulillah Majlis Pernikahan berjalan dengan sangat meriah diselang selikan dengan situasi panik dek kerana ribut taufan yang melanda Shah Alam pada 21 Disember 2012, tarikh yang kononnya doomsday bagi orang Mayan..Maka agak doomsday juga untuk kami yang bertungkus lumus menyiapkan majlis ini. Ribut yang tidak reda sejak tengah hari lanjut hingga ke Maghrib. Keterujaan ahli keluarga untuk memasak sendiri nasi beriani gam buat tetamu lengkap dengan daging beriani, dalca tulang, ayam goreng, salad telur dan tidak lupa air limau kasturi asam kecut, teh tarik dan kopi..semuanya hasil tangan ahli keluarga besar kami. Memang seronok rewang beramai ramai tapi bila rewang dalam ribut..ramai la yang rasa nak demam. Majlis akad nikah diadakan pada jam 10 malam memandangkan hari tersebut adalah hari Jumaat..hari bekerja.

Menjelang maghrib 4 deep fryers telah di switch on kan at the same time and how silly it was (maybe sebab dah penat sangat..sampai tak perasan and I was there too..apa punya engineer..hahaha), 3 plug deep fryer dipasang pada satu extension cord. So akibatnya overload..n tarrraaa...blackout di tengah ribut. Dan hari makin gelap..hujan makin menggila..kebanyakan dari kami, pasukan rewang masih berT-shirt. Skuad menggoreng ayam dah berpeluh-peluh pindahkan ayam dalam kuali and kami kesuntukan masa..Bila-bila masa sahaja keluarga pihak lelaki akan sampai. Teh tarik dan nasi beriani disediakan dalam gelap. Percubaan menggunakan lilin tidak berjaya memandangkan angin bertiup begitu kencang. Lampu suluh dan lampu handphone terpaksa digunakan untuk meneruskan penyediaan teh tarik, ayam dan nasi beriani.

Dalam masa yang sama, usaha-usaha mengembalikan elektrik giat dijalankan. Surprisingly ada 2 Engineer TNB dalam rumah, 1 student electrical engineering and my hubby yang mempunyai tangan magic tak dapat selesaikan masalah ini. Player import terpaksa dipanggil. Dalam keadaan hujan dan banjir di Shah Alam katanya, siapa yang boleh datang repair dalam masa 1 jam. Luckily ada Clubhouse's electrician yang dah nak balik. So dia berjaya settlekan problem blackout ni..Kalau tak candle light wedding la..Adala dalam 2 jam kami bergelap. By the time letrik ada, semua lauk pauk dah siap..terror kan all my aunties and not to forget my cousins..

Lebih tragis, make up artist tersangkut dalam banjir. Dah pukul 7.30 pun tak sampai sampai lagi. Bayangkan betapa paniknya pengantin..Jadi kena la pergi selamatkan make up artist. Nasib baik sempat make up.

Rumah kami cuma ada 3 bathrooms so bergilir-gilir mandi dalam gelap and bersiap dalam gelap. Tapi by the time majlis berlangsung tak ada yang comot. Semua muka cool je macam tak de pape berlaku..

After that everything went well. Rombongan lelaki sampai, hujan pun dah berhenti. Masa majlis berlangsung, I'm suppose to take care of the PA system..haha loser nya..tak nak buat dah kerja ni. Dah bunyikan kompang 10 minit agaknya pengantin tak masuk masuk..hahah

And dah nak akad nikah pun ada benda lawak jugak.." Sahaja aku nikahkan dikau dengan anakku..Nawal Nadiah....." Hahahhahaha..kawin lagi sekali la nampaknya. Dah tersilap anak ni.Macam la ramai sangat anak perempuannya. Ada 2 je pun. My father accidently sebut my name maybe because everybody in the family panggil my sister angah..so jarang sebut nama dia compared to me..memang panggil nama..hahha

Pelamin nikah dan hantaran dari Pihak Perempuan..

Kami tidur pukul 4 pagi berkendara pulak lepas berkenduri..Membersihkan dan mengemas and tidak lupa moreh rokok bagi yang memerlukan..Lauk dan nasi habis licin ngam soi..Terror betul Puan Chef..

Ada banyak lagi tragedi sebenarnya yang tidak dinyatakan di sini and I believe this is an unforgettable memory to all yang involve..Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga untuk semua yang bertungkus lumus..without all of you..kita order mamak je la hari tu..haha..tidak ternilai jasa dan kasih sayang yang ditunjukkan dari anda semua buat keluarga kami.

All about baggage - Air Asia

Bersempena dengan Christmas holiday (25/12/12), New Year Eve (1/1/12), Maulidurrasul (24/1/13), Thaipusam (27/1/13), Hari Wilayah (1/2/13),Chinese New Year (mid Feb 13) maybe ramai antara kita yang dah book ticket AirAsia to spend your holiday abroad or even in Malaysia dengan menggunakan khidmat Syarikat Penerbangan Tambang Murah, AK. We should thank AK as after their existence with the theme everyone can fly, memang sebenarnya semakin ramai yang mampu untuk terbang.. OK I'm not working with AK and non of friends or relatives related to AirAsia. Entry kali ni bukanlah bertujuan untuk promo AirAsia tapi memandangkan saya tersangatla teruja nak pergi holiday lepas tengok travelogue Destinasi Cinta kat Astro Ria, maka terpaksa la cost saving nak pg travel tengok tempat orang..

So about the topic..is just for sharing as I googled few websites on the baggage allowance for AirAsia because I'm thinking of bringing a stroller to China on our next holiday to Guangzhou..So I would love to share those info with readers..mana la tau ada yang memang sedang memikirkan perkara yang sama.

1. Travelling in group..can I combine my checked baggage with kawan kawan seangkatan - Boleh kalau masa kita book tiket, kita book sama sama, so booking number yang sama and kena present your group at the check in counter.

2.Saya ada baby..macammana kalau nak bawak stroller? - stroller is considered as FOC Checked Baggage. Other items which are considered as FOC are manual wheelchair, mobility device and walking frames.

3. I am a musician. Can I bring my instruments onboard - yes provided that it is within the allowable handcarry baggage weight and size.

4. Berapa banyak hand luggage yang dibenarkan per person? - any combination of 2 ( laptop bag/handbag/hand luggage) weigh not more than 7 kg and with dimension of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm for hand luggage. You are allowed to bring maximum of 100 ml liquid onboard.

5. Can I bring my fishing rod inside the plane? - it is considered as checked in baggage. Item such as golf equipment or bicycle will be charged for sports equipment fee while large sports equipment i.e canoe or glider will not be accepted in the carriage.

6. Can I bring my cat along with me in the plane? - a big no...nanti ada orang fobia binatang terpekik pekik dalam flight...

7. Is there any limit of pieces or weight for checked in baggage? - no limit for the quantity but weight is depends on your pre-booked baggage weight and extra charges if it exceed your pre-booked weight. If the weight of your checked in baggage is less than the pre-booked weight, the charges is not refundable and non- transferable. 

8. Should I pre-booked my supersize baggage or just pay the extra charges at the airport rate? -The good thing about pre-booking online is you save 50% compared to countercheck ins with Airport rate. And while backpackers would happily settle for the minimum 15kg limit, shopaholics can happily upsize in the increment of 5kg to reserve for their bargains. But don't think of towing a giant 40kg baggage for the supersize..32 kg is the limit or maximum allowable weight with dimension restriction applies (31.8" H x 46.8" W x 46.8" D) So always distribute wisely.

2 Years of Breastfeeding Part 3 - Milk Booster

In my previous post http://zuldiya.blogspot.com/2012/11/2-years-of-breastfeeding-part-2_8179.html, I did mention about milk booster. To ensure my ebm supply is sufficient enough for my baby, few so called 'supplement' telah dibeli dan di consume. Alhamdulillah consistent +/- 15 oz everyday sampai I stop pump kat office. Reason being anak dah 1thn 6 bulan meaning to say dah 1thn 4 bulan mengepam kat office. So mcm dah boleh discontinue kot but direct feeding harus diteruskan..tak sampai hati.

So during maternity leave..mendengar kata orang2 tua, I took lobak putih, ikan bawal putih and susu soya..sampai muak dah..then dah back to work, I took few nursing tea. Nampak jugak la boosting impact nya. Most of the nursing tea consist of fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and anise seed. The taste, I would say acceptable untuk tekak ku yang sangat cerewet ni. Among the brand yang affordable are Joy Angel, Autumz and Earth Mama (the best but pricey).

Alfalfa

Lepas dah boring minum nursing tea for about 3 months, I tried other effortless method. Telan pil. Confirm tasteless. So after baca review and blog ibu ibu menyusu, I decided to take Alfalfa, a product of Shaklee. Alhamdulillah my ebm supply increase from 12 oz to +/-15 oz dengan frequency mengepam for only 2 times a day kat office. Segan and serba salah jugak utilize working hours untuk pump. So I just pump dekat workstation though office ada facility mother's room. But after ambik alfalfa my ebm agak kekuningan..so my shaklee consultant kata my water intake yang tak betul..so slowly lepas few weeks, my ebm kembali berwarna putih normal. Kos milk booster yang ni murah sikit compared to nursing tea. My mom kata keja penat dapat gaji pegi beli makanan kuda..I was like 'what...' Maybe sebab bunyi nama ubat tu macam nama rumput..hehe. Alfalfa is actually a small flowering plant and widely grown as forage for cattle. Sebab apa lembu diberi makan alfalfa?haa for similar reason to increase dairy production. Kalau untuk manusia, alfalfa dikeringkan and dijadikan pil utk induce lactation. Other main function of alfalfa is for detoxification. Ada satu lg ubat yang telah saya consume selang dgn alfalfa. Based on advise from my gynae, I took motilium(domperidone). The medicine is not meant for lactation but is actually for stomach bloating and reflux. But somehow it can increase the amount of hormone (prolactin) in your body resulted in incease of breastmilk production. Pengambilan ubat ini tidak begitu digalakkan tapi kalau dah terdesak, ok je..boleh didapati di farmasi i.e watson sepapan RM9 ada 7 biji..so mahal jugak la investment. I just ambik once a week to increase boosting effect :P

So kawan kawan selamat mencuba.. jangan jadikan alasan 'I'm working mother' untuk tidak memberi susu ibu kepada anak anda..dan jangan terpengaruh dengan iklan formulae milk with gangliosida, dha, taurina etc kerana susu ibu adalah yang terbaik!!!
